So Marquez won't give Pak Man the rematch, even if offered the millions. he knows he was lucky, was about to lose the fight, and got lucky in the 6th round. Nobody would have expected another rematch after any of their previous fights had Pac KO'd JMM cold. It's a matter of motivation, view of legacy/resume, mixed with risk/reward.

If you beat a guy 3 times and truly believe it then why fight a 4th then clamor for a 5th. You PAC fans are a funny bunch. Manny couldn't secure the Cotto fight at another catch weight which was his best money fight so he went to 2nd best money fight which was JMM. I know it must be hard for fans of PacKAYO now you have absolutely nothing purposeful to cheer about,but why not accept that your guy was one of the most entertaining and important figures in the sport for several years and appreciate rather than bemoan the fact that only one guy( well at least that he fought,so let's exclude the Savior of Boxing here) genuinely had his number. You can tell *****'s and Mar-queers, they aren't boxing fans, we saw Manny robbed in the first fight by the illegitimate scorecard, He then beat him the 2nd, fought how marqueerz does to show him who the boss is by outlanding him and outboxing him in 3, pulverises him up till the hail mary in 6. All fights were entertaining and a lot better than most you see, so anyone not wanting to see this kind of entertainment and action isn't a fan of boxing, just worried Pac will be seen as the p4p1 again.
Each time he did fight Marquez, certainly with III and IV, Marquez received career high paydays - money he just doesn't get against anyone else. Pacquiao didn't have to take on a guy whose constantly given him problems but he has done - after III he had a win, he could have said that's that but he didn't...he gave JMM another career high payday and a 4th chance to get a win JMM doesn't owe him a rematch as such, but let's not pretend that Pacquiao hasn't put Marquez on the map when he never really had to fight him again after fight 2 - don't even get me started about giving him a 4th fight
