Why would Golden Boy put Canelo in with Trout unless they were very, very confident?

    I haven't heard Canelo say one time that he wanted this fight. He accepted the fight but he didn't campaign for it. Right now, he ain't got no choice but to say he wants it cause he got it and he can't give it back.:D. It's come to jesus time for his ass and he got to **** or get off the pot. GB got caught in the same trick bag. They came to play and got played with.:lol: Another case of Mayweather out thinking Oscar's ass UHGIN!:yep

    STAMINA, STAMINA, STAMINA. I've been saying this since day 1. If Canelo shows up in great shape, with no stamina issues. I don't see how he will lose. Even if Canelo is getting outboxed, Canelo will lay it all on the line and risk it all. Mark my words. He will go in Warrior style and just take it from him. He isn't just going to lay down. The question is whether he has stamina problems or not. We will find out.

    Dude, nobody is saying he is a monster. Why can't you understand that this fight is about two fighters who still have a lot to prove. You look at their resumes and age, and that says it all. It's not like you have two prime veterans here. You can only go based on what you have seen in the past, which isn't much.

    Ona sidenote, is this bout going to be for the Ring championship?
    I know they're #2 and #3 according to the Ring ratings, but with Floyd dropping down to WW for sure they would be #1 and #2 anyway if the fight took place only 2 weeks later. :blood

    No matter how much a fighter is protected they eventually have to fight someone decent otherwise fans will get fed up

    In this case Canelo is also guy who believes in his ability and genuinely wants top fights
