His power isnt prevalent when he's not gaining 17 pounds after weigh in.............. truthfully at lower weights he was still a accumulation puncher, his power didnt get overrated til Hatton

yea...PAC for the most part just relentlessly broke down his opponents but his speed and explosiveness were so great that a lot of times he'd hurt his foe and then pound out a KO. And PAC doesn't gain much after weigh in. usually he gains anywhere from 2 to 7 pounds by fight night.

One of the greatest fighters to lace up the gloves
    Transcended the sport
May vs PAC in 2009 would've been the biggest fight in history and like it or not would've been mayweathers greatest test and he would have had to fight like no other time to get the win
    Shame it never happened

Ive said this from day 1 that after the first barrera fight, pac only face 1 real threat and thats marquez but other then that? Pac face fighters that were either coming off losses, past prime. I give you the whole list.

Pacquiao Face Morales 3 times in which 3 times morales was coming off losses and morales was far past his prime.

Pacquiao face a weak worst lightweight champ diaz.

Pacquiao went up 2 weight class to beat a zombie oscar who was destroying himself to make the weight in which yes many pick oscar but it was cause they were only thinking size advantage and nothing else.

Pac beat a past prime hatton who was already got stop by mayweather.

Pac then destroyed a past prime cotto who was coming off a beat down by cheating margarito and lets not forget a bs catchweight.

Pac then fought clottey who was coming off a lost to cotto in which clottey never win in big fights. \

Pac fought a past prime Margarito who in his last fight look bad and it was in a bs catchweight.

Pac fought mosley who was coming off a 1 sided lost to mayweather and a draw to freaking mora.

Pac then fought junior ww bradley who in his last fight shows bradley dont belong at ww.

^^I bet dumb a$$ *******s will ignored true facts but oh well.

Manny Pacquiao beat Barrera, Erik Morales X2, Oscar De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, and Bradley.

    Deal with it.

Damn...never knew that. I've always saw very little fluctuation in his fight night weight. You know where I can find that info? That's crazy! It's only 2 pounds less than what Marg gained when he faced him for the 154 strap.

Their pre fight weights on youtube. They are not small guys at all, Marquez gained like 12 lbs. Floyd wasn't even gaining that much at lightweight.

That doesnt mean these are big guys it simply means they ate and drank plenty of water since the weigh in.

Some guys love to stack on some weight some have no other choice and some choose not to stack on too much weight in order to keep their speed.

it just depends on the fighter everybody is different lets also keep in mind those are un official scales and likely not calibrated likely not even the Tanita scales which are commonly used at the weigh ins.

I didn't say they were big guys. But they certainly weren't the shrimps people made them out to be.

For the last fight JMM came in at 148 and PAC came in at 151. Not sure about the rematch but I believe you. I don't agree that these men are NOT small....they are...but they've increased their mass to compete at the higher weights. It's not their natural division.
