Floyd fights Mosley with no cutoff, says IN THE RING POST FIGHT that ALL future opponents must go through same testing he and Mosley did.
Team Pac says they agree to 14 days, Team Floyd says that was already taken off the table.
Team Pac says they've agreed to all testing demands, Koncz says in the buildup to Margarito fight they asked for a 7 day cutoff.
Team Pac finally says they agree to all testing, Floyd says since negotiations started I've been making more per fight, it's not a 50-50 split anymore.

Anyway...if Mayweather is serious about the drug test, he would VADA testing. From what I understand, it's not the case. And the same goes for all the fighters requesting drug test.

 

When has Floyd declined Vada testing? VADA is literally only like over a year old.

 

TRANSLATION: I still can't explain with any sort of credibility how (or even why) the NFL, MLB, or NBA would agree (or even if they are capable of agreeing) to handle the drug testing for a one time boxing event.
