    Ortiz mid round stoppage
He would walk through Khan and has power in both hands
Bad style match up for Khan

Agreed. He's tight in punching form and can close the distance fairly quickly, and can hit very hard.

I think if Khan continues to improve though, he can take it. I don't think Ortiz has ever faced anyone faster than him aside from Floyd, and he was very tentative early, and was overwhelmed when Floyd decided to throw in volume. If Khan can master sitting down on 2-3 shots, anticipating return fire, and countering before stepping out and repeated the process behind a jab, then he can make it too costly for Ortiz to get in on him. Problem is Ortiz would probably foul him something nasty. People forget that he clocked Lopez real good behind the head on his way down in their fight.

Victor burns him with all the frustrations of his own life

Then when Khan is on the ground he splirts VO facelube on his face to cool his burns

I think the Lopez quit was fair enough, his jaw was totally ****ed up. Let's not forget he have a life after this.

Then why risk his life by boxing in the first place?

Lopez has one of the biggest hearts in boxing, it's not a embarrassing loss.

I think you're wrong, on the part where ortiz gets discouraged, he gets discouraged when he seems to lose control of a fight, he gets anxious and backs off, for example in peterson fight he had the upper hand and could hurt lamont but for no reason decided to stop with the pressure, now compare it with the berto fight, he hurt berto, but berto came back strong, Ortiz kept pushing foward because at no point did he actually lose control of the fight, he could still control the pace and the way it was fought even though he got badly hurt in the 6th round.

With khan if Khan can win the early rounds and control the pace for a while which is possible, he can take over the fight because ortiz as his usual self loses self belief when he cant control the tempo and the fight style.

In maidana he didnt quit because of Marcos's power, he quit because he lost control.

Against lamont, he could have done more but didnt, because he got discouraged and lost control

Against Berto, tough fight but he still had control, it was his pace and his style.

Against floyd he lost control, it wasnt rough enough with too little exchanges, ortiz went dirty

Against lopez, again he lost control, not of the fight, but of his opponent, Lopez is a very stubborn fighter, ortiz didnt like it so turned dirty again.

Whether Khan can control a fight is another thing completely, Neither Ortiz nor Khan are smart fighters, they both lose control of fights due to them being stupid, but difference being is khan is willing to try to push forward and tries to regain control, Ortiz tries aswell but in a dirty frustrated way - so not really.

What this fight comes down to is who is willing to be smart enough to take control and keep it, in terms of tempo and fight style, with virgil who seems to be a disciplinarian it may swing it in khans way. But its relative to how khan adapts to 147 and how ortiz's jaw is.

Style wise its not ideal for either fighter, For Khan ortiz has a incredible strength and power in both hands, for Ortiz he faces a guy who will go through the pain and is willing to go out on his shield for the victory - something ortiz gets discouraged by and usually loses.

Because he loves it? Just because you box, doesn't mean that you have to fight with a broken jaw and risk your health for it. Honestly i think if you can take70-80% of all boxers and if they were in Ortiz's shoes, they would quit. I think the Lopez quit was legit, but yeah i was disappointed when he quit against Maidana, which kinda exposed his glass heart.

Ortiz would have like 15lb on Khan in the ring, and would make him his little *****.
