Guerrero is going to beat Mayweather: You heard it here first!

Guerrero is gonna be a tough fight for Floyd for sure, I wouldn't be totally amazed if he won, but still I favour Mayweather.

Have you not learnt anything from your disastrous over-analysis and prediction all in favor of Jr over Martinez?

Have you forgotten so soon the avatar bet you lost as a result of that cocky prediction, and you having to be forced to honor the bet and wear as your avy Marvilla's high quality 'gay' pose pic?

Have you also forgotten that it took the magnanimity of the winner of that bet against you, to get you be allowed to wear that avy for a much shorter period of time compared to the period stipulated in the terms of the bet?

Is that partially the reason why now you "don't bet?"

He's never answered that question, and won't.

No one believes that Mayweather from 09' gets beaten by any version of Guerrero. This is simply the "Hopkins syndrome". Knowing/thinking the fighter is so far passed prime, and assigning "upset" to everyone of there upcoming fights henceforth.

Ghost just hasn't impressed me at Welter. He looks Slow and plodding.

Floyd looks great and in shape already, so i assume floyd still has it.

Was that u i got into that bet with? Anyway it was stupid to ask for a year because **** talk can get outta hand. Its all good fun is all, no harm in saying up front what i see happening. I even told my brother what i thought and he nearly **** himself in the 12th as he was picking Martinez. I dont? Lol ok. This is my 3rd thread about how i see this fight playing out. Ive been watching tons of their fights lately and now im comfortable picking Guerrero to actually win. Its not like ive picked against Floyd before. This fight spells upset to me.

 

Mayweather is going to completely outclass him. I said this about the Ortiz fight and will say it about the Guerrero fight too, if this fight is competitive in any way I will genuinely be shocked.

I didnt say he was slipping. He is fighting a new more flat-footed style and throwing more combinations rather than single potshots. Maybe Floyd can still fight like that, i just dont know. I never say a younger DLH or Mosley or prime Cotto wouldve beat the current Floyd. I dont get into arguements of if fighter A was younger he would beat fighter B. Maybe i wouldnt pick the Floyd who fought Hatton, to lose to Guerrero, maybe i would. But id still say that itll be a close fight either way.

To me, i see the momentum in Guerreros favor and i dont think Floyds more aggressive style and the way he approaches a southpaw is going to be enough to shut out Guerrero as he does all of his opponents. Early in the fight, Floyd will risk a lot to land on Robert but will equally take the punishment back. But i dont see guerrero getting hit a ton by the right up top, or being bothered by Mayweathers power.

If Guerrero has a good 3-4 rd start and make Floyd step on the gas, weather the storm.in the mid rds and come back strong, go for broke in those last few rds, then a close decision is not out of reach.

 

We will keep our initial bet. Its not my fault that you jumped into that bet. It was you who offered it. Maybe if i feel like being generous, ill bump it down to just a month. Say what u want but there's no backing out of it now.
