R Luckily for VIC GBP is staacked from.140-154

    JSK/Berto Winner;????

    Maidana/Lopez winner??? Revenge....

    Brook/Alexander winner????

    Ishe Smith???

    K9???

    Canelo????

If he cab still make 147 comfortablly, thats wear he should be fighting IMO. Hes a huge WELTER, with good speed & power. 154 he loses some of the size advantages. I say he goea for revenge, & fights the Lopez/Chino winner.

Thurman-Ortiz seems good and Thurman makes small purses, so Ortiz can get a big purse. Cotto-Ortiz in New York makes sense because it's a fight he should win against a fighter who shouldn't damage him.

i say ortiz should just take a tune up fight to rebuild his confidence and to get back into it, then take a big fight with anyone, division is stacked

He's definitely a hot and cold fighter. Lopez was a fight he was clearly supposed to win. Mentally, not surprisingly, and physically he looked out of it. When he's motivated, he can be a beast. When not, he's a C class fighter. If he's not consistent he might as well retire before he gets really hurt. Fan friendly either way, but he needs to get serious and focused before he embarrasses himself anymore. The winner of Malignaggi-Broner would be a fun fight to watch, but Ortiz needs to earn it. Build himself back up or even Broner right now might put a beating on him.

Ortiz would beat the living **** out of Broner. Mark my words if it ever happens.

Ortiz would be WAY too big and powerful for him.

I don't know if it ever was, seems more like he did it because he could make money at it (and was obviously good at it)

It makes sense in boxing terms but after Ortiz takes a beating he will have to retire, Ortiz should avoid Cotto for now if he wants to continue boxing

Seriously, loser of maidana-Lopez in the hope they're shot to build confidence. Then the winner to earn a ranking, then he should go for Paulie to try and nick a belt.

But Bradley, Marquez, Floyd, Alexander, they all merc him.
