Rigo's team has been having rituals this week to summon the spirit of Kid Gavilan's Chin.

Rigondeaux is the best amateur boxer ever and Donaire is the best pro boxer ever. When these two champions collide in the ring on Saturday night in New York City we will see who is the real man.

Rigo, what the **** has a TOP AMATEUR in Jeff Lacy done in the Pro's?

Case closed, prepare to break your fall as best as you can when Donaire drops you.

Rigo has that same talk going on that Cotto had with this "He's got two arms and feet, just like I do." during the build up with Mayweather.

    Amateur career

As a young American amateur, Donaire won three national championships: the National Silver Gloves in 1998, National Junior Olympics in 1999 and the National USA Tournament in 2000. He also won the International Junior Olympics in 1999. Donaire's amateur record was 68–8..

BUT there's more: He beat a slick boxer JAMES KIRKLAND.

The more I study this fight, the more I review past fights of both competitors, the more i see a win for...Rigondeaux, Donaire is a very good fighter, with that said he will lose Saturday, Rigo has the exact style to beat Nonito convincingly...he's extremely fast, a natural and very good counter puncher, high ring IQ, real punching power, great body puncher and very good defense...

Nonito defense is average and if he gets into the habit of fighting with his hands down like he does against Rigo he will get KOed by a counter shot...ultimately it's going to come down to Nonitos left hook, which is a great weapon but I just feel Rigo had the defense to negate it...and if Nonito can't hurt Rigo with a big shot he will get out boxed all night...
