Ariza had him doing a lot of lower body work. With Virgil I haven't seen him lifting much weights, but they do a lot of sprints and explosive work for his legs. This content is protected
Hmm yeah, it's not like he bullied him all around the ring when they actually fought is it, never mind getting a decision after one (I admit not two) bull**** kd's called against him. Oh and it was certainly fair that shoving was called by the ref.
Yeah, it's kind of a good thing isn't it? When I think of the ideal boxing physique (apart from heavyweight) I think of a lean, muscled, long-limbed guy with broad shoulders and skinny legs. Obviously the skinny legs can be a problem, but dudes with this build can be very tall, have a long reach and generally be "big" at the weight. Someone like Hearns was very light for his height despite having a decent sized upper body.
you checked it out i was talking about the program on itv yesterday about khan. it might be on itv website ,probably not though its a **** channel
Check out Deontay Wilders legs they look like bamboo sticks it's no wonder he can even move around the ring. Khans legs are normal I think he needs to work on his neck to build up better punch resistance.
Bull****, he was pushing him back the whole fight an at time CON was actually truly running. WTF were you watching?
