Round 1-5

Focosi has been catching Di Silvio with his tomahawk jab and putting in dipper rights to the chest and back. Di Silvio is hacking over the top or flurrying lightly outward but only brushing Focosi and getting countered. Di Silvio has several nicks and small cuts, each trickling down his face.

50-45 Focosi

 

(Been @ a Wi-Fi hotspot in a coffee shop; couldn't have enough browser windows open to do a live RBR post for each rd. Back at the office now...)

 

Round 6

Focosi is landing the jab as Di Silvio comes forward pawing his, then slamming down on Di Silvio's brow with the flat underside of his right glove. Di Silvio keeps chipping away with quick flurries alternating between straight tosses and hooks traveling a short distance from hip to center-line, but isn't making any headway as Focosi steps around him and blocks in between countering.

60-54 Focosi

 

Round 7

Focosi is jabbing and hammering down with the right, catching Di Silvio with a majority of blows and either tying or covering up to deny him any consistent revenge. A few spirited uppercuts by Di Silvio. Wild corkscrew right by Di Silvio, an arm punch with all force generated above the waist - ducked easily by Focosi.

70-63 Focosi

 

Round 8

Focosi is sticking the jab into Di Silvio's face and catching him leaning to one side. Blood is pouring from Di Silvio's nose. He pumps his arms to mentally steel himself and throws several hooks coming forward. Focosi lowers himself forward, earmuffs on, and lets Di Silvio flurry away on his forearms before digging a counter to the body. Focosi repeats but comes up with a hook over Di Silvio's head next time.

10-9 Focosi but he is slowing down and Di Silvio is still keeping a high work rate.

80-72 Focosi

 

Round 9

Focosi is dancing around Di Silvio and swaying clear of his shoveling blows. Cannonballs by Focosi swoop over Di Silvio's arms for the landing. Di Silvio keeps pressing ahead with fists stirring the air despite blood coursing its way over an expanding road map from his chin to hairline. Hooks tossed from the hip by Di Silvio whistle in, narrow misses or thudding partial connects muffled by Focosi's guard as he is countered and pulled into hugs.

10-9 Focosi but another you might nudge Di Silvio's way if you favor sheer aggression.

90-81 Focosi

 

Round 10

Di Silvio presses in, throwing bursts of two or three straight or slightly bending shots per attack. Focosi ducks a flurry and hammers over the top blindly with both hands. Di Silvio blinks away some blood and trots around Focosi, putting in flusher punches as Focosi's defenses sag under fatigue. Focosi just spins to square up, not bothering to fight back much.

99-91 Focosi

 

I could see it being a bit closer, but still comfortably to Focosi.

 

Great stuff from Pasquale, ignoring the state of his face and never getting discouraged however deep the hole - plugging away with all he could muster.
