Larry Holmes v Wladamir Kiltschko

Holmes had probably the best jab in all of boxing, so he would most likely outjab Klitschko. Klitschko relies on his jab to set up his right hand but won't be able to with Holmes outjabbing him. Holmes would control the fight and win a UD or a TKO since Klitschko has no inside game and a questionable chin.
