what you guys think who takes this?

    15 rounds

We know both guys have huge hearts, rocky is the type of fighter who you can never write off, he can come back even when comming off the canvas, he can come back even after being serously hurt.

Muhammad ali described the rock as a bull with no real style, who just kept comming forward, he stated after the film they shot of the fantasy match, between ali and marciano in being extremly sore afterwards, further he thought marciano was better than fraizer.

I think Marciano wins by Ko, but itll be tough,

    what you think?

I think Frazier wins on points. Very tough fight between maybe the two mentally strongest fighters in the divisions history.

    8-7 Frazier.

Loved Joe Frazier as a kid...but Marciano is my all time favorite fighter...this would be a war
...a classic...Joe's left hook vs. the"Suzie Q"...I'll take The Rock in this one...Marciano always found a way to come up with the big punch when he needed it...Rocky by TKO...

George foreman said that this fight would be his favourite fantasy fight.

I know this one has been done a bunch of times here already but its still one of the most intriguing. The Frazier who's short left hook wiped out Bob Foster and wore through a prime Quarry might drop the Rock once or twice, but as Dempsey said, Marciano hit harder then either he or Louis and in a war of attrition that has to count for something. The rock in the latter rounds.

I was going to say Frazier but thinking about it i will change to Marciano.
I think Marciano's a harder one punch hitter maybe not with the left but with every other punch and will be landing harder blows on Frazier all night.

    Marciano TKO late.

Frazier would get an early stoppage. The pressure is too much for Marciano.

He'll knock him out in under 5.

Wouldn't be surprised if either man won but put a gun to my head and I'll take Frazier. The deciding factor in my opinion would be speed. Joe's hand and foot speed was greater than marcianos and his constant bobbing and weaving would present difficulties for Rocky as well. it would be a war though and both men would come out of it worse for the wear. One more thing...Frazier wasn't a one punch fighter. When he chose to, he had a very good right. The second Quarry fight illustrated this. It's just that Joe often relied too much on his left hook to get the job done but I think if he was fighting Marciano, Eddie Futch would have Joe use his right more often. At any rate this would certainly be one of the greatest fights of all time between two of the greatest warriors ever to lace on the gloves.

    Marciano. Probably by a KO.

Marciano could have beaten anyone with the possible exception of a prime Ali. I'm not real sure about that.

Two inside pressure fighters, one of them is bigger, more accurate, faster and stronger. He just had the misfortune to come along in a much stronger era.

Frazier backs Marciano up(!) and that's why he eventually stops him. Heart and determination won't pull him through because Frazier matches him in that regard.

I don't think the power difference being in Marciano's favour is a foregone conclusion, either.
