    It didn't have to be like this.

    As I said earlier, Top Rank could've found higher ranked and gamer opponents for Monaghan and/or Zewski (say Cornelius White and Jorge Silva respectively) and made it a solid double/triple-header.

    To qualify as "HBO WCB" there needs to be "world championship boxing" in at least one match. I think it can be supported by a 10-rounder or even two.
