Honesty, guys in here talking like they wouldn't be happy unless Rigo stood there and gave Donaire a free shot with the left hook

This is BOXING you dumb ****.

It's true, the sweet science has become a sport of KOs (thank to Tyson) and fans now believe that's what makes greatness. Yet if we look back in boxing since the beginning, its always intelligence that beats goliath. This was one of the best fights I've seen recently, albeit a bit one-sided, but I'm a science kind of guy. That's how I roll.

Right!? Many think us Mexicans only like brawls, but I agree compadre, that was the sweet science on display to the fullest. What a fight, only casual douche bag fans will complain about this one.

Wrong-o buddy. Go watch a Pernell Whitaker fight if you want to see the sweet science. What we had tonight was a track meet, plain and simple.

To add to what's been said already, You appear to be lacking intelligence as it pertains to boxing.

There is running and there is boxing. This fight had a little of one and a lot of the other.

I prefer the action-filled FOTY type fights but Rigo did put on a beautiful display of boxing!

Yep, time to put this fight alongside other great displays of the sweet science like Hakkar-Hopkins, Dirrell-Stevens, and Arce-Ler.

Even a ****d up African man in Tanzania has to admit that that was some slick display by Rigo. It don't get more slicker than that.

All I saw was Donaire following stupidly and swinging wildly. Donaire had the height, reach, power and weight advantage. I guess your kind of fight is for rigo to stand there like heavy bag right? And when they did trade, Rigo won those exchanges. Intelligence won this fight, pure and simple. Rigo dictated the pace, Donaire followed like a dumb brute and got schooled. Sorry Rigo didn't follow the typical game plans employed by previous cherry picked opponents

Yeah Rigo won the exchanges when he got knocked down in the tenth round. Not only did Rigo run but he used roughhouse tactics like getting Donaire in a headlock and pushing his head down with his elbow. Again go watch Pernell Whitaker, he would counter the **** out of his opponent without resorting to running. That is the sweet science.

Can't wait for Rigondeaux vs another runner Chris John. I wonder what will these so-called instant boxing purist feel watching two runners running away from each other.

You'll hear more of the same nonsense you are hearing right now. Only it will be even less aethestically pleasing because John won't follow Rigo around the ring or take the same chances.
