    dan rafael is known to be an idiot for a while,.
    but i wont lie i refused to see it cause he is based out of my hometown in miami.
    i have seen dozens of thread for years about how he dksab.
    this is the last straw for me

    even though he did score the fight and win for rigo
    this mofo had rigo win 114-112,..(which is a horrible score,cause donaire at best won 2 rounds)
    and to make it worse this mofo gave donaire rounds 3,4,and 5!!???!!!
    that means after 5 rounds he had donaire winning the fight!!!!!!

    i cant believe a so called boxing reporter would be that off repeatedly.

    iam officially on the dan rafael dksab bandwagon.
    the dude is a joke and waste of space.
    u would think an analyst will love the sweet science more then the avg fan

    i know alot of u have been known he is a moron,but i repeat
    he had donaire ahead after 5 rounds!!!!
    that is way beyond the short bus and helmet, into a new realm of ******ation.

    When Lampley mentioned that some ringside journalists disagreed with HBO's scoring of the fight, I ****ing knew Dan Rafael would be one of them. 114-113. What a joke.

    He's always been awful at scoring. Alexander-Kotelnik and Alexander-Matthysse for Alexander (clearly!), Ortiz-Berto for Berto, Hopkins-Pascal 2 a draw, etc.

    Most commentators and boxing 'journalists' don't know **** about the sport they write about. That's glaringly obvious. Back in the day they were far better, but in the modern era they're ****ing lazy about the sport, don't take the time to learn the nuances of the game. I don't take anything any journalist says about boxing very seriously.

    The guy who does the espn podcast said he was sad that Floyd was leaving HBO because it meant no more free trips to Floyd fights courtesy of HBO, go look it up if you think I'm lying, they wine and dine journalists, so they are nice to HBO, HBO needs this fight to be close, so you get a score one round from a draw.
