Said he wasn't interested in fight cause Rigo didn't deserve it.After Bob made him he watched film & was all of a sudden impressed then later said rigo was worthy now but still would get overwhelmed cause he'd have too much respect for nonito .He tried to act tough then clown rigo at the same time while the cuban remained cool as ice. Nonito says some stupid **** & doesn't event try to back it up.Too much talking/excuses & not enough swinging.Should dumb down his big ass ego a bit.

"No excuses", but he keeps making more along the way smh, dumb ass.

I hope Haye is an exception to that rule because his display of the little toe was absolutely the weakest excuse I've ever seen! :verysad

    excuses.

clearly a difference in skill level. was apparent when nonito stepped up and faced a thinking boxer. rigo was v.impressive last night. well done to pedro diaz as well : )

now two of robert's fighters have lost so far

this year has been great for boxing purists.. alot of hypejobs taken out while the pure tacticians (even when the odds are against them) come out on top

I'm not making excuses, but here's a million of them.

Nonito is full of BS. He felt Rigo's power and was rocked back in the first round and was afraid to throw coming in and get countered for the remainder of the fight.

God Damn that is rich. I'm surprised he didn't add in his pregnant wife/unborn child/ etc etc.

So many excuses in a 3 line paragraph.

Probably should have been studying Rigo and trying harder to make weight instead of making 'shocking' phone calls.

As far as the shoulder. Scene Arum was asked about it and never heard of it... :think

--After the fight, Donaire said he was suffering from a shoulder injury that was bothering him for a very long time and he plans to get surgery. Arum had never heard about the shoulder until the media presented their questions. "What shoulder? That's the first I'm hearing of that," Arum said.--

This is boxing, you can't be a serious world champ without having an ego. To keep on fighting you have to concoct all types of excuses to explain why you loss or struggled. This is just the reality of being a boxer. If Rigo loss, he wouldve been making excuses.
