Marquez was not ready for the step up in weight.
Donaire was the established champion taking on a boxer with limited pro experience (ignoring his amateur background).
    Donaire was expected to win.
Marquez was not expected to win.

Both Mayweather and Rigo are my boys!

I want to say Marquez, but considering Rigo beat a bigger, heavier fighter. I'm gonna go with him!

    Marquez got more busted up.

Donaire dropped Rigo, Floyd dropped JMM.

Donaire and JMM both got outclassed, but it'd be easier to list a couple rounds for Donaire than a couple for JMM.
