Would you rather watch Rignodeux fight or watch paint dry?

That was the most boring fight ive ever seen in my life. I think Rigondeux still seems to think hes an ameteur. I will never watch one of his fights ever again! Also I think the scoring was ridicilious!!! What happened to if its a close round give it to the aggressor?? Talk about an anti climax. I know its boxing and i knew this would be a technical chess match but come on guys...this was too much or is it just me ??

    Is that you Nonito?

It was a great display of skill and there was some good exchanges in the early rounds, Rigondeaux won every round other than the 10th get over it.

Watch Rigo fight...especially if its him schooling Dumbnaire, making him look like a complete novice. :hi:

I'd rather spend my time telling WWE fans like yourself to go and watch another sport if a defensive masterclass like Rigo's doesn't float your boat.

I cant beleive how people can see the same fight and have such different opinions...well thats boxing for you!! Seriously though when one of the fighters runs all the way through a fight and dosent engage at all its bad for fans.

I like boxing, so I like Rigo.

Stood right in front of Donaire at times and he couldnt do anything.

If that other fighter would learn how to cut off the ring, and throw more punches and combinations instead of chasing around like a complete moron, then maybe the fight would be a little more "exciting" for you casuals.

for us hardcore fans of the sport, it was a masterful performance. :hi:

Well, I'm a boxing fan, personally, so I'd rather watch him fight.

Is this the right website for you?

Boxing snobbery here - being ultra defensive can be boring, no matter how much of a boxing scholar you think you are.

If you're very defensive, and run and pick your shots you're a boxing genius on ESB. If you're ultra offensive, are able to beat down your opponent without him being able to do anything about it then you're nothing but a brawler and have no boxing skills...what a load of rubbish from some on here who think they are gurus

I appreciate both, being a great offensive fighter deserves as much praise as being a great defensive fighter. But it's damn clear which one is more explosive and puts more bums on seats so let's not pretend otherwise

Boring to watch. Floyd is way more fun to watch than Rigo.
