I totally agree!! But i would add that Mayweather would;ve been more offensive then Rigo was. because he would've been able to pop shot pac with his straight right all day

that's y i mentioned having pac busted up a lot earlier :good

  3. Pacquiao from 2009 would have won 7 rounds to 5. Any other Pacquiao has lots of trouble vs. Floyd.

But why are you glossing over the fact, that Floyd and only Floyd wanted him to be tested in the first place?

Floyd Snr started the rumour, and he's since backed down and apologised, stating that he's never had any evidence.

Giving blood might make Manny weak, but the fact is, he's never had to say that to a guy like Marquez, because Marquez has never requested him to be tested, and neither has anyone else he's fought.

Floyd wanted him to be tested everyday up to the fight. Manny wanted a 3 week break, they then negotiated back and forth, and in the end, everything was agreed to.

They should never have had to negotiate cut off dates etc in the first place.

pac is a much more persistent fighter than donaire. donaire is just fking pathetic. pac would probably put up a better fight but he'll also get hurt bad.

The fight would have probably went exactly like that, probably with a knockdown too if Floyd got complacent, i doubt Floyd would try to finish him if he was dominating he'd just try and win every round

Mayweather beats Pacquiao, if you don't know that you're not a fan.

    1. All the testing was agreed to, and it still wasn't enough.

    2. How is it, that NO OTHER FIGHTER has ever accused Manny of taking something?

    3. How is it, that NO OTHER fighter that fights Manny, has had the same testing issues as Floyd?

Manny has fought 7 fighters since Floyd started the rumours, and none of them have had an issue.

    How strange.

50% committed suicide, 45% still on denial,4% believe Nonito won and 1% giving props to Rigo.

Pac would have been a lot busier from the start...might have gotten knocked out quicker too..

Im willing to concede this years after the fact that this fight has been dead in the water for 5 years

    Good point.

Pac would have been destroyed in there.

It's not...but Floyd is technically superior to Pacman, not to mention bigger, just as fast, faster in mind, has the power to make Pac hesitant in his attacks as he'd be punished with every mistake he makes.

It's unfortunate this fight was never made, for whatever reason. Could have been Floyd's crowning glory.

Absolutely not. Rigondeaux circles the ring in a way Floyd hasn't done since 130, and Pacquiao is in his element coming forward behind a straight left, whereas Nonito is uncomfortable on the front foot and doesn't prioritize his straight like Pacquiao does. Nonito throws one punch at a time, Manny throws in volume. This was one counter-puncher forcing another counter-puncher to fight his fight by being more mobile. Floyd also has the size and strength advantage, whereas Rigondeaux made himself small to avoid Nonito's punches and was vulnerable in the clinch due to his shorter size.

    Those dynamics don't exist in a prime Pacquiao-Mayweather match-up.

I wouldn't make that comparison, but I'm sure Floyd would have won if we saw him face Pac.

Bull****, a ton of fighters came out and said Manny was suspicious as hell when this was all happening. Who the **** can be against better testing? If you think better drug testing standards for a combat sport is some offensive thing, you're an idiot. The only people against better testing are dirty fighters and their teams. I blame ****ing everyone. Floyd, Manny, Arum, Schaefer, the media, etc...
