Latest news is that both guys agree on the anti doping organization after VADA was refused by Pascal and USADA was thrown as a option. The Canadian anti doping organization CCES refused them(don't know why) they agree on IDTM from Sweeden.A prestigious one the newspapers say.

Pascal towards Bute on Bscene: I'm the Boss in Montreal.
He basically saying that he's the men in his town, and that he's been ceasing Bute for the fans and not for himself.
