Well that can be disputed because of your wonderful and astonishing reply back there. Like what? What is the best way of developing strenght?Weighlifting, bodyweight training or car pushing?
I prefer a combinations of strength based calesthenics, pylometrics, and things like car pushing. I think it feels better on my joints, and I believe myself to be more fluid and agile, and I also enjoy working out, just using my bodyweight. You can make excercises progressively harder using just bodyweight, and become incredibly strong in the process. I've lifted weights before too, but I like how I look and feel with calesthenics. Like I said though, it's a personal preference. If my objective was to run really fast in straight lines, and I was getting paid for it, I would do heavy, weighted squats. But boxing is not that simplistic. It requires you to bend at the waist, rotate, and explode. If you can manage to acheive the best balance through weightlifting, then I don't see a problem with it; however, you may find that you feel better with calesthenics. I don't know, ask some of the resident experts on this forum. Just be advised, that many of these "experts" are young and relatively inexperienced.
I spend minutes doing your video routines before and in the middle of my work outs. As well as a few mins. when I'm home relaxing. What I noticed was instant relief of symptoms from stretching. What leg press and calf raises have done is improve strength around my knees, up my leg and around my thigh/butt area that symptoms rarely show up.
Thats your preference, but its not true at all,for some statements. This has been done to death on this forum so i will not be going into this.I was just courious where do you get your facts. For all i care you can all get strong by throwing rocks into some ditch.
Pal im not going into this.Just leave it be.Im not saying that ALL OF it is not true.Ill edit something.Just realized.
I use a kettleball, find that works best for me. Also got some 5kg dumbells, do various exercises with those for 3 min rounds.
