No-one cares because Floyd rode Pac's success for years, when Pac was obliterating people he had no right to be in the ring with and people Floyd was scared of, then they wanted to see Pac vs Floyd. Now Pac's loss to a hail mary has derailed Floyds interest. People wanted to see if Floyd would win hoping he'd face Pac, people know he will never put himself in danger and face Pac now, and Pac will be after marqueerz so it's over for him.

I'm glad this shitty match is getting the indifference it deserves

Floyd will hopefully regret ducking Canelo now

I think the good recent fights in Bradley/Provodnikov, Rios/Alvarado II, Donaire/Rigondeaux, and Alvarez/Trout have taken a tiny bit away from it, at least.

I bet it will do 1 million even, still a lot considering Guerrero is relatively unknown and the undercard features sexy fights for hardcore fans, however most people who will buy won't know who Ponce de Leon or Leo Santa Cruz are.

    I was genuinely more interested in Rigo-Donaire, Canelo-Trout, De Leon-Mares, Peterson-Matthysse, Judah-Garcia

This fight is not special like a Mayweather-Hatton, Mayweather-Castillo.

I love Mayweather but I feel his greatness is also overestimated since 2010 and I've seen on this forum that in the future they think he'll be a top 30 ATG when people look back at him..but I can think of many reasons why this will not be the case.

Floyd will sell - he has a solid base of crazed fans who will buy his fights no matter who the opponent and a huge amount of people who love to hate him and can't stay away.

Can't deny how well his name sells, I'm going for a shade over 1m buys

I personally won't buy the fight, I'd watch it if it was free but it's not worth the $$$, pure and simple

I`m only in it to see Mares vs PDL. Floyd vs Guerrero never got my attention. Last time I saw Floyd fight was I think against Marquez.

Nonsense, everyone's going to tune it to see if "The Gun" will be packing on fight night. I'm thinking he either places it in the trainer's spit bucket or attached to the back of his WBC belt.

Out of sight out of mind, all they need to do is get a bunch of commercials on fight week, or 2 weeks before. This does 1.2 mill IMHO
