i want this fight to do crappy numbers, because floyd walks around thinking as long as he stacks the undercard, he can fight who ever he wants and still do big numbers.

Its rubbish for boxing because we won't get the best fights.

There was a much more competetive and markatable fight in flloyd canelo, and were stuck with this because people will tune in anyway.

Thing is he'll duck Canelo next, and I love it how his troll fans on here have already come up with preemptive excuses as to why Floyd shouldn't fight Canelo - it's hilarious. I've never heard fans make excuses in advance the way *****s do, they already know he'll duck and are ready to justify it

I just love how since Canelo whooped a WAY past prime Mosley all of a sudden turned him into the most feared man in boxing. Ya'll seriously need to worry about Trout, not Floyd.

And I see at least 3 of these types of threads started before a Floyd or Pacquiao PPV. Just watch the fight or don't watch it. It will make what it makes.

If they win their next fight, that fight will be bigger.

It was advertised during the Final Four. That's huge exposure to a prime demographic: sports fans. Plus, Floyd was just featured in Sports Illustrated.

There's not the buzz that a good 24/7 would generate, but he's making noise in non-traditional platforms. It will hit a million buys. Just as importantly, I think the sports bars will be pretty full of casuals.

This will be PBF's lowest PPV in years. With that said it will probably still do 1 million buys.

The fight will flop by Mayweather standards. I think it will do in the range of 500 to 750k.

The network showing it will have nothing to do with the buys, Mayweather-Guerrero just is'nt a big sell, and its not a help at all that now there is'nt a Pacquiao fight looming to attract more buys.
That and Mayweather dismissing legitamate fighters like Canelo as opponents will keep the paying customer away.

I'm not buying and I normally buy most big fight events.

Yes, there are a few big fights that are stealing the thunder from the Mayweather fight a bit (Rios - Alvarado 2, Rigo - Donaire, Alvarez - Trout). After Alvarez - Trout is over, Mayweather - Guerrero will be the next big fight to look to.

I know people criticise 24/7 but its hard to beat it for hyping a fight, in my opinion

I will join the crowd and become a huge critic if he avoids the winner of Trout/Canelo. Ghost is no chump and is a respectable opponent after a year off and a short jail stint. I respect Ghost as a challenger, and I think he'll make a fight of it, but if Floyd wins and then doesn't take on Saul/Fish... well. . . I don't know how much longer I could support that kind of hand-picking.

As it stands today, though, I do not believe Floyd has cherry picked any more or less than other recent champion. Many people compare Floyd to pacquiao, but pac's opposition has been far, far, far worse than Floyd's.

    Time will tell I suppose

Trout has one win of note. We'll see how both Saul/Fish look. If Floyd beats Ghost, I

him to fight the winner of the other fight. Honestly, the only other fight for Floyd at 147 is Bradley and he's TR... soooo it's really gotta be Saul/Trout
