Whoa! Someone please tell me why the **** Guillermo Rigondeaux isn't in The Ring's top ten pound for pound. Ok, he only has 12 fights. Did I not see him outclass the Ring's #5 pound for pound guy last Saturday? Maybe it was all a dream, I don't know. Adrien Broner is # 5? :huh Nonito Donaire is # 10? Yeah, ok. Guillermo Rigondeaux's win over Donaire was better than any SINGLE win in the careers of Andre Ward, Adrien Broner, Robert Guerrero or Timothy Bradley. The Ring's New Top Ten P4P 1. Mayweather 2. Ward 3. Marquez 4. Martinez 5. Broner 6. Pacquiao 7. Klitschko 8. Guerrero 9. Bradley 10. Donaire My Top 5 P4P list 1. Mayweather 2. Ward 3. Martinez 4. RIGONDEAUX 5. Marquez
Wow that's crazy, all they had to was replace Guerrero with Rigondeaux and still have Donaire in the bottom 10, Ring mag makes things so hard for themselves.
1 Ward 2 Marquez 3 Martinez 4 Rigondeaux 5 Mayweather I'm sure people will disagree but i don't believe in keeping the nr1 rating by default just because you haven't lost. Being inactive and not fighting the best around gets you dropped as well hence Mayweather at nr5, and i might drop him all together if he struggles in any way with Guerrero. Also Rigondeaux had a great win but its still a thin resume with 1 great win on it, and Marquez win over Pac is still greater than his win vs Donaire. And Martinez is more proven, but i'm ok with interchanging them.
its a load of Golden Boy Hype these days!! Broner - You taking the ****, the guys still a prospect. gueeraro at 8!!! is that to hype up a fight or what!!!
could someone confirm that the list is real? theres just no ****ing way that Broner and Guerrero are top 10 right now.
but that would involve putting in a TR fighter, and taking out a goldenboy one. They need ghost in there for the big fight coming up. Its all aload of bias crap now.
JFW- Champion- Rigo #1 Donaire #2 Mares #3 Mathebula #4 Bakhtin #5 Frampton #6 Quigg #7 Darchinyan #8 Hasegawa #9 Kameda #10 Romero Horse**** list, too many GB fighters on there. Shame on you Oscar.
So? Gilbert Arenas once scored 60 points in an NBA game. That's more than LeBron James ever scored in a single game. Does that mean that Arenas is a better offensive player than James?
I don't completely disagree with you. I see your point, though I still rate Floyd #1. You and I both have Rigondeaux at #4 which I think is spot on.
