Are we talking ****in' basketball here, Roy Jones, or are we talking boxing? Boxing is a one-on-one sport and beating a top 5 guy clearly should warrant something. They gave Rigondeaux ****! Lousy argument, by the way.

Yeah your list is good man and i can see the point for Mayweather at nr1.
I just think at some point enough is enough, you can't hold that spot hostage by default, he lost it due to vacation/inactivity and only got it back by default without earning it.

Rigo at nr4 seems perfect to me.

Rigo's win over Donaire is better than anything Broner has done. Guerrero at 8 is a joke too. Rigo getting no credit here

No, your argument is lousy. One win does not make a fighter, just like one game doesn't make a basketball player. Buster Douglas' win over Mike Tyson is better than anything on Wlad's resume. However, that means jack **** when determing who the better fighter is.

Shame on The Ring! I am completely boycotting their pound-for-pound list. Broner should not be in the top ten. Guerrero I have right outside the top ten. Donaire, I actually think he should be in the top ten still, only Rigondeaux should be higher. I have Donaire at #7.

I mean this is ridiculous and people should be outraged. If they keep this up the Ring won't have any credibility left. I mean how far will they sink? Shame on GBP they are in the process of ruining a great institution in boxing with corrupt rankings The Ring Magazine "The Bible Of Boxing":-(

Buster Douglas looked better that night than he ever did either before or after. He never trained that way for ANY other fight in his career. Tyson on the other hand was not at his best. They had no rematch and Douglas had lost to 4 other heavyweight before he fought Tyson. Douglas had looked like **** in certain fights before Tyson and after Tyson. Rigondeaux has won all 12 fights clearly and never looked like ****. Rigondeaux outclassed a Donaire who claimed to be in great shape before the fight. If Tyson had fought the Douglas that Holyfield fought, who would have won, in your opinion? Rigondeaux > Donaire, period. It seems everyone here agrees with me.

I noticed you didn't post a list. Do you even have one? If so, post it.

The Ring Magazine has a lot of great history and was once "The Bible of Boxing" Not anymore. They need to get their house in order before they ruin the history and tradition this magazine has had over the years.
