Brook v Purdy IBF Eliminator

Looks like a way to make Alexander v Purdy to me.

 

How will you defend this rob? This is how matchroom operate, mismatches take place in front of good crowds and a nice earner for the fighters and himself.

 

Semi Eliminator or Final Eliminator?

 

Absoloute **** take, seems a cheap option to me.

 

This deserves massive criticism if it comes off.

Kell Brook is one of the most mismanaged fighters from this country in quite a while. 'Going the IBF route' was ****ing stupid and long anyway. They were offered a title shot with Bradley and didn't take it in favour of a potential stinker with Alexander which through what can only be described as negligence has fallen through twice. Now look where we are...talking about Lee Purdy in another 'eliminator'. :-( just awful.

I said it a while ago we will all die of old age before Kell Brooks career gets interesting and that's still true.

I just feel, kell brook needs a better Manager/Promoter to get his full potential. Because these days all eddie hearn does is bumlick carl 'THE WARRIOR' froch. Oops i mean 'Cobra' infact no 'Warrior'. Hearn also seems to be focused more on bellew than brook? Which is just criminal because bellew has potential but imo that potential is to be a class european fighter. So putting bellew infront of a potential world class fighter in brook is just stupid.

 

Well die of old age and probably more importantly so might Brook.For somebody who turned pro so young and obviously talented he's had a stop start career.Not saying Khan would beat him but theres no comparison between opponents.Hes been criticised for his next fight but I actually think this next bloke and Carson Jones would be a 50 50 fight.BTW who has Purdy beat to earn an eliminator?

 

If he is gonna have another eliminator atleast have it against a decent name like senchenko instead of purdy who has beaten sold all to get that ranking. He has beaten a tiny welterweight for the trinket and then lost it on the scales, his ranking is a pisstake.

 

Hearn has been watching too much Gladiators recently- so many eliminators for his fighters.
