Traveller's have no history as a race or a group of people from a certain country. They like to pretend their Irish when they're not at all in order to feel like they belong to something.

i dunno about irish but here in the scottish highlands there are ethnic indigenous travellers, the tinkers but theyre smaller in number these days and many got settled. they still get shocking abuse and treatment, its like the last acceptable prejudice and thats not good IMO
