If you spoke spanish you would realize he is pretty funny and good at selling himself, he would have a much bigger following if he spoke english because he has a great personality for the boxing game. Cocky yet likeable.

Also....if there were any decent ****in translators out there you english speakers would get a much better understand of him. Boxing translators suck idk where they find these guys. The Cotto vs Margarito II faceoff was 10x better in spanish because it was poorly translated and they really didnt put anything that margarito said in the subtitles.

I always read your posts in the demon's imaginary voice in my head. Jussayin.

But as been said, I think he could but he wasnt raised by a crackhead so he wont be talking like mayweather anytime soon. Someone goes around bragging about wealth in Cuba? Na man na. He dead. Amen.

You wouldn't want to see him at 126?

Personally? Of course, I would. Take the Mijares/Terrazas winner for the summer, then get a fight with Mikey Garcia before his TR contract runs out. Switch over to GBP and fight Mares and Russell Jr (who won't be fighting TBA by that point hopefully). :rofl :yep But nah, I wouldn't blame him for sticking with Super Bantam. He's tiny, and drains basically nothing.

There's a good example. Mayorga didn't need to speak English to come across like an arrogant **** who you would pay to see get a beating. He was good for boxing.

Then why doesn't he get the Latinos following him?

Makes you wonder why he won't move down to 118 if he's so small and makes 122 with basically no effort. I heard he was at 122 really early in his camp for Donaire.

tbh, his **** talking is almost on par..
he's said some nasty things about Donaire
but he's strictly business when face to face with his opponents.

    1. you don't need to be a ppv attraction to be great.

    2. you don't need to act like an ass to get on ppv.

he has the opposition in front of him to reach atg status. bob just needs to make the fights happen. they don't need to be on ppv.

He has a pretty decent following for a guy with 12 fights, got major exposure saturday. But part of it is that alot of mexicans are casual fans, in the sense that yes they love boxing, but they want to see the big fights 2 or 3 times a year and only big names such as Oscar, Canelo, and they will probably tune in on Mayweather vs Guerrero.

mayorga knocking out forrest is what made me a fan. he could have been mute and i still would have watched.

most purists love rigondeaux. they tend to be puerto rican or cuban.

most mexican fans can't stand anyone that isn't mexican.
