...Like a ***** whenever I watch doc's on OG fighter's like SRR or Joe Louis & seeing how they ended up once the career was over.

Hearing the 10 count for Corrales, Forrest & Tapia respectively broke me down a bit.
(I'll admit it, not bawlin' but defo shed a tear or 2)

 

Never cried over a boxing match.

yes, when an upcoming/underdog fighter wins a big fight or a title.

also i remember when jhonny perez was doing an interview for the bantamweight tournament to the showtime crew and said hes doing a lot of sacrifices and left his family to come here and give them a better life, then he breaks down crying ... that made me let some tears out.

 

These threads always seem to come up every once in a while and I still don't understand crying over someone you have no relation to. Jesus.

eyes watered for gatti and my first favorite fighter Johnny Tapia- dude that got me super interested in boxing was Tapia.

almost had tears of joy for Marquez finally getting vengeance via brutal KO of Pac and *******s knowing theyd rob him yet again if he let it go to the cards.

 

The Katsidis interview after the JMM fight. Not gonna lie, it got to me bad. Merchant should have his ass kicked for constantly bringing up the brother and baiting Katsidis into crying.

Boxing has moved me near tears countless times. Often out of pride and respect for the men I'm watching. Gatti/Ward round 9, Corrales/Castillo, etc..

The Mancini/Kim fight has been brought up a couple times. If you haven't seen the movie "Champion" about Kim, do yourself a favor and find it. It's in Korean and subtitled, but extremely well done and very moving.
