    this is true I've commented the Jones Jr style as very similar to Marshall (my fav), anyhow Marshall would take Jones too.

    Charles faced arguable the most power in the history of the heavywieght and light heavyweight division. Roy's power is null here. So what is left? Speed. Other than that Roy is behind in all other catagories.

    OK..so Roy is faster. But how many rounds is that going to lasts when he facing a guy who hits harder than him, had better defense and a better chin? Roy will not make the bell if Charles if in the mode when he KO'ed Archie Moore.

    Oscar's cool. Great fighter. OK, so he got coked out of his mind, dressed up as a hooker, and hooked a hooker while hanging around hookers. Who among us can truthfully say they've never done something similar? (I once drank three consecutive juice boxes in under an hour, for instance). He's alright.

    However, this specific thread is 91% about Ezzard Charles, 8.32% about Roy Jones, and .68% about Lloyd Marshall, so time to get Oscar on out of it. :bart

    Forrest (RIP) may be the most overrated in all of messageboards.

    I think Spinks is still the toughest LHW to beat, with all due respect to easy E.
