Lacy a hot talent got beaten by Joe c. Joe c was the major underdog. Beat hof Kessler. One of the best wins in this decade. Beat hof atg hopkins . Hopkins went on to winning several more titles and did great things. Roy was coming off 3 solid wins and many had Joe the underdog in this fight too
