Is Roger Mayweather an All Time Great?

    I think Roger Mayweather is underrated. He fought ATG's and did very well against them and gave them difficult fights. He fought:

    Whitaker (gave him a tough 12 round fight), Chavez II (He was winning early on but suffered from stomach cramps), was out of prime and lasted the distance against Kostya Tszyu, Won 2 world titles in 2 different weight classes

    I think he's an ATG.

    I think i've got a laserdisc copy of that fight. McGovern looks fierce. And undead.

    There are indeed bootlegs out there but i've never seen one with sound.

    McGovern was fighting under the name Clubfoot Shuffle and in a move that utterly infuriated him, Mayweather came in under the name Terry McGovern. This is what lead to the speculation that McGovern had been knocked out in one by Mayweather (doesn't really make sense), anyway, infuriated McGovern knocked himself out in one round haha.
