Soliman brings no money to the table, the mandatory status will be revoqued now that he himself admited the guilt, so Geale doesn't have to fight him anymore.

Sturm in Autralia could be an interesting scenario.

Pirog, Barker or Lee would be nice.

    J. Taylor or Rubio on HBO would be nice as well.

Martinez, Chavez Jr. or Quilin are the best options.

Of the IBF top 15. Jermain Taylor makes the most sense to me. He's a name US fighter for recognition in the States. I wouldnt think it would be Lorenzo as Soliman has already done the job there and I would seem a little pointless. I hope its not a random african or Euro from that list.

I had been keeping my eye on Taylor's ranking..for a first up US fight it makes a lot of sense.

Still a fair bit of name recognition there and Taylor's stamina issues helps Gealezaghe here.

I actually think it would still be pretty nip and tuck until Jermain started gassing.

This article suggests it could be Sturm.

Sturm is where the money is but not in AUS, in Germany.

He would be ****ing crazy to go back to Germany against Sturm. It achieves nothing. Hope this isn't true though as he would be better off fighting the likes of Barker, Lee or Rubio.

What makes you think he's going to 154?

A Jermain Taylor fight would suit Geale's trend of fighting over the hill fighters...

Geale has the worst luck in the world..against the odds he goes to germany and defeats the 2 krouts then gets told to defend against the war of god..then scum sturm goes fights sillyman and becomes the mandatory cos sillyman will be in the courts for a few months..
Shaw dont want to go back to Germany against sturm that would be suicide..geales only way to campaign and make a good cash flow is to go down to 154 and fight some bums and hopefully get a couple big million dollar fights..

Shaw only cares about the money, going back to Germany makes CENTS, especially for shaw, there is no way they can make any decent coin trying to bring Sturm to AUS because Geale does not have the following he needs to make the big dollars, the money for that fight is in Germany. Given its the IBF i dont think there is much risk of getting ripped off.

Only reason Geale comes down to 154LB is for another payday against Mundine.

Well I don't think he wants to go to Germany and get robbed or fight GGG and get a loss on his record..
