Its not that you are giving Guerrero too much credit.

He deserves the shot and the payday more than anyone else at WW.

But what you are doing is underestimating Floyd.

    Guerrero is a good fighter.

Floyd is a fighter with god given talent, aka one In a million fighter.

Guerrero will lose, and by round 6 Floyd will take over any small grip Guerrero had.

Do you think he could smother them 3 like he did Berto and Aydin, no way
Guerrero is overrated because he's a Floyd opponent, people trying to make out hes an actual threat

I'd say you're under rating him if you think he's a level below guys like Lopez and Maidana. Maidana was outboxed by Kotelnik and Alexander. Lopez got outboxed by Jessie Vargas. How in the hell is Guerrero a level below these guys?

lol exactly, he mentioned mental toughness, and if he has that, should be okay fight. even if floyd does knock him out in the 9-11th round.

I'd be surprised if Floyd KOs him - I really would.

But like I say, I think first 5-6 rounds will be decent, then it will be a very clinical "boring" 2nd half as Guerrero struggles to find a way through and Mayweather jabs and right leads to a wide UD

I understand your frustration - you hear that kind of blind hatred, dumbass hatred regarding Pacquiao as well and it's really annoying, people would rather talk absolute crap and make fools of themselves just to try and criticise!!!

I've said it before, I'll say it again. In terms of choices RIGHT NOW, Guerrero was only ever 1 of 2 viable contenders and Floyd picked the easier of the 2. But like you say, Guerrero is a proven and a good fighter, defo not a P4P but a 147 mandatory so I say fair enough...

You can't change the past, the past is what it is regarding Mayweather's choices/retirements/etc but right now I can't really overly criticise this fight - he had 2 REAL choices and he picked the more beatable one who is actually in his proper weight class so fair enough.

Of course, the limited choice he has is also down to the world he has helped create with the Arum beef, which he ensures stays as hostile as it is, it suits him to do that, and with the alienation from HBO fighters which Haymon/Mayweather and GBP have cultivated - but that's another discussion...

:nut Are you crazy or just ****ing stupid?

Guerrero is a class fighter. Just thin resume at 147.. But he has two good wins at the weight.

You hate Floyd fine. But Guerrero is not a b- level fighter. He is a multiple world champion at multiple weights ffs. :patsch

Its posts like the one he made which show that he is not interested in boxing at all and only logs onto this site for the Pac/May saga, which is now over anyway.

Guerrero has had a good few years and is coming off a big, impressive win. Yeah, Mayweather will probably do what he always does but I think this is a more than worthy challenge. If Mayweather utterly dominates in his usual fashion it's because of his skills, not because Guerrero isn't a great champion in his own right.

At RG's media training his manager even said, Robert was getting the best of Pac in sparring.

At this point Ghost beats Pac.
