Wow, scores that wide for either would be unjustifiable.

Of course because Teddy had the other guy winning he is going to act like this was among the worst scoring travesties of all time and use it to launch into a soapbox tirade about the need for a federal commission (headed up by someone like him!) - and he would probably be doing this even if Lartey had taken a narrower decision, or it had been a draw.

 

Were you guys maybe putting a little too much stock in Teddy reassuring everybody that Batista was the more talented?

Here's a hint: Batista didn't really do much to deserve the 1st or 2nd, which Teddy blithely gave to him while busy gabbing and probably only distractedly minding the in-ring action.

There's nothing wrong about Lartey getting the W (nor would there be anything wrong with a D, or an L) - although those scores were zany. They each had a couple of definite rounds, so it should have been close either way.
