Not one mention of Golovkin,thought Daniel said he was going to get back what is rightfully His hope the Geale V Golovkin fight happens in the near future lot of fans want to see it especially to see Daniel get His belt back.!!!!

 

Never wanted to fight GGG and he never will. Its why he gave up the belt in the first place.

 

I think trying to get Martinez is a better option, financially and career wise

 

Without a doubt.
If he beats Martinez, he'll be the top MW to beat.
If he leaves it too late to fight Martinez, everyone will say Sexy was shot if Geale wins.
There's plenty of time to fight 3G, and I'd expect it to happen shortly after Martinez.

They're actually timing this very well.

 

Martinez is the more esteemed fighter. I'm a Golovkin fan but nobody can give Geale **** for facing a FAR, FAR more established fighter in Martinez. If he fights a nobody next......then fair enough.

 

And fighting Mundine was a much better option financially and risk wise than fighting Golovkin and getting stripped of his IBF belt either way. TC hates Geale.

 

I agree but it more than likely wont even happen. Martinez will do a number on Geale worse than GGG would, its like Mundine saying he wants to fight Mayweather. He mentions Chavez JNR who doesnt even have a belt, mentions unification , but not one mention of GGG. Must be realistic here, they were singing the same song when Geale was apparently ring side for the Martinez vs Chavez JNR fight and what eventuated from that? ..NOTHING! :hey

Martinez won't waste his time fighting Geale for peanuts, he will either fight Canelo or rematch Jnr, maybe take Geale as an easy tune up between Canelo and Jnr who knows. I just hope somebody KO's Geale after what he did to my hero...

 

So what relationship did Macklin build up before fighting Martinez? lol.. ur theory is flawed, no relationship is needed, its hashed out with lawyers and managers.

Geale couldnt even knock out a shot Mundine, Martinez wont look at him as a big fight or a pay day, warm up fight at best.

 

Agree, I don't know why the telegraph don't just tell it like it is, Geale is terrified of Golovkin... Martinez, Chavez, Golovkin & Quillin all KO Geale...

 

They are just going around in circles, everyone claimed he was going to fight Martinez ages ago then made up the excuse that he was going to rematch Chavez so Geale couldnt possibly fight him, well he hasnt fought Chavez and Chaves is now fighting Murray and Murray dont even have a title hahaha
