You and I must've been watching different fights. Trout's jab didn't land nearly as frequent as what the announcers were implying. Canelo's upper body movement was exceptional tonight. His biggest problem was the long stretches of inactivity where he essentially ceded a couple of rounds to Trout by not throwing back.

effective punching. trouts punches hardly landed hard. many didnt even land. canelos did on both counts

doesnt matter how much u throw, what counts is what u land

Trout got hurt 3-4 times in the fight because Canelo was landing the harder shots. Also Trout did a mini dance for the KD. It was very clear who did more damage in that fight.

114-113 Trout. I had the same scorecard, though I took a different path to get there.

I can't ***** about Canelo winning, though. 115-112 Canelo is a fair card, since there were a couple of either way swing rounds. And Canelo went into deep freeze in the 12th because he knew he had the fight won on the cards, so I almost don't feel like counting it.

Basically, it was a close, either-way sort of fight that did both guys credit.

FFS now its a conspiracy that Trout admitted losing to the better man

Canelo is really a reptilian sent by the queen, or maybe he's just a hologram. No doubt the CIA brainwashed Trout before this fight to make sure he didn't cry robbery after hearing the decision.

You don't check them for the fight, you check them for the round.

Some rounds Saul's cleaner punching and effective aggression won out over Trout's activity and movement, for most rounds though, Trout had the most effective aggression, cleaner punching, and dictated the action and Saul threw nothing.

The scoring from the 4th and at the 8th told you all you needed to know, it was already in the bag for Saul.

Canelo was competitive in every single round, Trout was not.

Alvarez landed the harder punches in a few rounds, the other rounds Trout was working and throwing jabs whilst Canelo was standing there, your saying that Canelo's one power punch each 2 minutes outscores Trout's jabs and straight lefts
People must have been scoring the shots where Canelo was aiming for the head but hitting the chest

So are you openly saying he was competitive in the 12th?:lol:
Competetive in the 1st and 6th as well?
    Competitive in the 8th?
