Price got dropped by a cupping tap to the ear.

    He can't take a punch

    He can;t take a slap

    He's in the wrong sport.

Fury is terrible but he'd beat Prices ass easy enough

Just like with Haye, the talk does not measure or come close to the reality with Fury, but give him some credit for taking this guy's 0. It was a hugely entertaining fight also, I couldn't take my eyes off it. The heavyweight division will always be where it is at for me, and Fury despite his flaws exemplifies why.

I like Pricey but he would have struggled to get up from that shot that Fury got knocked down by last night.

Good assessment really. Although I would add that I have rarely seen a guy's defence split so often, so easily, straight down the middle as I did with Fury last night. His defence is, I agree, seriously crap.

I also think he will be very vulnerable to an effective body puncher. And when you combine that weak defense with a questionable chin then there are problems ahead, especially when he's already indulging in the 'I'll retire if I lose' nonsense. I think when he does lose, he won't be able to handle it mentally. The guy is ripe for ruin. His head is clearly all over the place in a fight, that raw outpouring of emotion can really help a fighter, but it can equally hinder them when the situation calls for a cool, calm, in-ring analysis to adjust strategy etc. Right now he is just a big, oafish fighter, not a world class boxer by any stretch.

His jab is decent, but he lacks the ring intelligence to use it consistently and effectively. The balance thing is a major problem, and he doesn't have a good base at all. His legs and thighs look like they belong to a 14 year girl, and I question his conditioning overall. I know fighters don't have to be ripped to be in good shape, but "Tyson Fury" wasn't just flabby, he was blowing and exasperated, looking flustered throughout.

Also, his power may be overstated. The knockout blow last night came from a foul, Cunningham's head was manouvered into a an odd, slanted position by his opponents hand, and when the punch landed in that odd position his susceptibility was massively increased. It was a dangerous, illegal manouver in my opinion. Also, earlier on in the fight, Fury landed, I think it was a right cross, clean on Cunningham's cheek, and Cunningham, not exactly iron-chinned as it as, took it and carried on.

To me, "Tyson Fury" won that fight last night because he was bigger, much bigger. Cunningham was classier in every department, Fury resorted to scrappy, rough housing. Nothing special at all, this guy. Although I do enjoy his fights :good

Fury fought a silly fight last night but that was seriously entertaining.

Fury chin isn't as bad as advertised, that KD shot last night was due to its timing & Tyson being off balance. Tyson took a much bigger shot flush (in the 4th round iirc) & just shook it off.

Peter's absence from the corner was a major issue, Tyson was wild & undisciplined last night. Tyson will need to make a lot of improvements to beat Pulev.

Disagree with your first para - Fury would get poleaxed against a decent puncher. Cunningmham is not recognised for his punching power.

I agree with your second para. My view is Team Fury will find a way of avoiding Pulev.

I think Haye would beat Fury pretty easy. Not a fight I'd advise Fury to take anytime soon if he wants to try to get to World Title.

hes exactly right..he got hit as he was cuming 4ward and his feet were all wrong he was square on... going down is no big deal... its ur recuperative powers that make a good chin..and fury has tis in abundance...

he also fought the wrong fite last nite trying 2 impress the yanks an all... his fites against rogan and johnson r a better example of how technical and disciplined he can be:good

Its easy to look disciplined against inferior opposition.

Your boxing knowledge is lacking somewhat, Fury has never fought anyone with Ferguson in his name?
