Only because he's been nowhere near anyone even half decent.

The fact that his 28th fight is against Audley Harrison says it all.

Sconiers is a fat cruiser too, he's fought many times just 5 pounds above cruiserlimit, it's extremely easy for a hw who never has to make weight to cut 5 lbs.
Either with sweating, or just going to the toilet to empty your bowels.

The fact that Ali Adams is better than anyone on Wilder's list of opposition, and Audley knocked him out inside 5 doesn't bode well for Wilder. He can't throw a punch properly at all, and though Audley is old and shot, he isn't THAT ****.

I've honest to God never seen anyone worse than Wilder with any sort of hype behind him. He is an absolute embarrassment.

Wilder has made a career out of fighting bums a dozen levels below Fury.

Right now, Fury is way way ahead of Wilder.

I seriously doubt either of them are anything close to the real deal though.

Lets see how Wilder deals with Harrison before we talk about what he could do to Fury because frankly, Wilder hasn't fought anyone the level of Pajkic, Rogan or McDermott yet let alone Fury.

And until Wilder beats somebody then he's a nobody, and there's no point saying he'd do this or that, or saying what skills and power he has or hasn't got when all of his opponents so far have been stiffs put in there to pad out his resume and haven't had a chance of challenging him and finding out what he's actually made of.

Fury is more proven but he's also clearly slower with worse technique and doesn't punch half as hard. Wilder very well could be chinny to, I don't deny that but when you have 2 chinny guys fighting and one of them is way faster and way more powerful then you pick that guy. it's really an easy pick. Hopefully after Wilder KO's Harrison he can get some hype in England and a fight with Fury or Price (if Price wins Thompson rematch). It was smart of Wilder to go to the UK as there's some good fights vs Price and Fury for him there.

I couldn't have said it better myself! btw Wlad sparred with Wilder and was impressed. He showed him how to throw his right better and how to sneak it off the jab. Wilder destroys Fury and Bryant Jennings does as well.

Also there isn't any rush to sort this out as Wilder vs Fury can't happen until Fury gets his license.
