Just after a bit of advice. Would one of these be a worthwhile purchase? I'm 6 4" 15.5 stone, and wonderded which weight to get. Ebay do 10kg,15kg,and 20kg versions. Would i see a benefit doing roadwork with one on? Thanks. :good
Why can't you just run, it's free... It would be a waste of money to buy such a product specifically for roadwork, but like Chal said it can be very good for bodyweight exercises, though there are other free/cheaper ways of doing that.
