The fight stunk of home cooking..The choice for open scoring was put in place so not to shock people when Cenelo was going to win. 1-3 solid shots landed doesn't win whole rounds. Trout edged it.

It does when the other guy isn't landing any solid shots. The fight stunk more of the Showtime crew overrating Trout's work to emphasize how fair they were being. And even they scored it for Alvarez.
It wasnt a very decisive fight but.... you would have to be a heavier slurper of Trout to award him a decision, huh? Alvarez was awarded rounds due to being the aggressor for the most part, punch effectiveness, and effective defense. A couple commentators said in their point of view, that Alvarez's surprising defense of bobbing, weaving, slipping punches helped in awarding points....

I dont think the KD was the difference that fight wasnt close 116-111 the only reason your saying its close is because you are one of the usual suspects, you were all over Trout you said he was going to dominate and out box Canelo. You were wrong by a long shot and rather than to give Canelo his just due you sit here and lie about a close fight that didnt happen all because Canelo is not the same race as you are. You need to get out of denial with this ****, the fight wasnt close there was nothing significant that Trout landed on Canelo, Saul made him miss everything. who was the effective aggressor? who landed the cleaner more effective shots? who was the ring general and who had the better defense. you cant even argue that Trout met one of those criteria much less nabbed enough of them to win. your boy got schooled deal with it
