And an African American fighter from the Midwest is the highest paid athlete in ALL of sports.

Like I said, the Midwest runs boxing...

So what, hes employed by a mexican american who has more money than floyd could dream of. Lets see if he can do anything with his promotions after he collects that 200 million. All of those great fighters and the only black promoter was a crooked thief who betrayed his own kind while Oscar is helping boxing grow and thrive. You can thank all the hard working mexicans and latinos for supporting boxing events in america and making record breaking #s possible. Just say thank you :yep

    Lol.

Promoters don't fight. And if I recall correctly, the particular promoter you're speaking of was on the receiving end of a boxing lesson from Floyd.

    The Midwest run boxing...

You can repeat it all u want. Just remember as GBP becomes the biggest force in boxing for the next 50 years, putting on countless amazing nights of the sweet science, its all thanks to a mexicano and the support of all the latinos in America. Enjoy :yep

Geography doesn't determine boxing ability. The notion is ludicrous. Mexicans and Latinos in general are huge fans of boxing and contribute much more to the sport than Americans do that is indisputable. Trout was like the foreigner in his his own country in the Canelo fight!

However, when talking about where a lot of the greatest fighters came from a lot did come from the Midwest, but what is known as the Midwest is such a large area of states and can basically mean America in general. American boxing was much more popular decades ago, not so much now.

Id love to see Mayweather promotions be a force like GBP and Top Rank. With this 200+ million he could make, its possible. Hes got the connections, now all he needs is the right management and investments.
