    I'm pretty sure inside the ring Roy could run faster than a prime Ali and certainly faster than the post exile Ali.
    Though running for 12 rounds straight is almost impossibe.

    Foster post fight, starting lacing up his shoes asking his trainer when he was to go on in the Main Event to fight Frazier.

    Those type of blows Frazier delivered to Foster, you would have to worry about Roy's true survival.

    And Foster was actually Frazier's friend.

    Doesn't matter how fast Roy is, or how much he runs, how's he going to evade that hook to the body? Sooner or later [probably much sooner] Joe's going to nail him with a hook to the head, and he won't need another. Former MW RJJ was not the same as former MW Jimmy Ellis. [Now THAT's a match more suitable for discussion, the RJJ of Ruiz versus say, the Ellis of the Bonavena bout.]
