His supporters the majority of them support trout, and hate on Canelo for giving Floyd and ultimatum.... its no ****ing secret. its not that Floyd has anything to do with it, it has everything to do with his obsessed fans

We'll now see Trout locked out of the LMW picture.

  3. For me, this was a close fight that could have gone either way. The knockdown was a HUGE deal because without it, the 7th round was a Trout round.

I thought Canelo edged it out, I scored it 115-113 for Canelo (with a 10-8 7th and one even round). But an argument for a Draw or a Trout victory could definitely be made.

Some rounds were so close and so difficult to score. Anybody crying robbery has some kind of bias going on, either it be just wanting Trout to win so badly or just hating Canelo.

This was no where near Chavez vs. Whittaker, where one guy clearly outfought the other guy and got robbed on the cards. Most people, whoever they had winning, had the fight scored very close, 1 or 2 points difference.

This was a close fight.. Not a robbery either way! The cards were a bit wide though... It would suprise the **** out of me if the judge that gave Canelo almost every round didn't give a thumbs up to Oscar after every round! LOL

The fight was close and tight, in my honest opinion, it really could of gone either way. If it was a pro Trout crowd he might of got the Decision.

But your comment about the only way a Mexican can beat a Black fight by robbery, is straight ignorant.

Morales didn't had no problems taking out Junior Poison Jones.
Barrera had no problems TKOing Kennedy McKinney and Kevin Kelly.
Rafael Marquez dispatched Tim Austin in 8 rounds

Man I can go on. It's an ebb and flow, sometimes the Mexican takes it and sometimes the Black fighter takes it.

the judges and open scoring ****ed this fight up entirely. the fight was close due to that knockdown, but **** me, that judge who gave Canelo the first eight rounds

and to anyone saying that Trout, Haymon, and his lady had accepted defeat... No ****ing ****, it was open scoring, they knew on those crooked ass cards he needed a ko to win. I was floored by the official cards..

I scored it +1 for Canelo. Going into 7th round Canelo was losing 2-4 to Trout.

what the **** are you talking about?

Nobody give a **** what fan forums think.

    PRESS: 45 SCORES...........TROUT 19............CANELO 23........DRAW 3

this is all that matters and it's still Canelo.. Is this a joke or you just bad at math?

Damn the op's thread title is misleading as hell and suckering people in.

The Press Score he linked actually had Canelo winning.. and the group that had Trout winning is the group he called idiots.in the first place.
    :lol::rofl:rofl

    Excellent trollthread.

Fight was not particular hard to score. 115-112 for Saul.

Canelo was the rightful verdict. That doesn't mean the scoring wasn't a little much. A lot of close rounds, but it definitely felt like Canelo's quality was of a high enough quality for him to win those close rounds. The knockdown was the real difference maker.

I do concede that the 118-109 scorecard was ridiculous, but 116-111 and 115-112 are fairly accurate.

canelo won it easily.. he was controlling fight all night, masterful defense and great attack and some nice counters. trout is fast, had few good punches, his left uppercut is a good weapon, but he was missing a lot, got on the floor. I gave him few rounds when canelo was having an obvious rest or was too lazy to move. Trout wasn't in a right mood, lack of feints and had slow tempo

canelo, good defense, harder, more effective punching, low yet effective work rate. never truly wobbled.

trout, feather fisted punches, jabs that were pawing and most landed nothing but air, got rocked several times and knocked down, higher although ineffective work rate.

canelo won a close fight. judges scorecards weren't that good but they got the right winner.

i would like to see the poll numbers after the press and fans watched the fight again.
