Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillin vs Saul "Canelo" Alvarez

I think Quillin has great power. Not convinced he is able to mix it with the likes of Martinez and Golovkin because I dont think he has a great work rate or a great skill set.
He is good just not great.
I think he could KO Alvarez but I don't see him outworking him.
50/50 for me.

Quillins needs to stop making excuses and get his head knocked off by ggg.

 

Id expect Alzarez to neutralize the physical advantages to outbox Quillin 118-110, Quillin is a fun fighter but isnt talented enough to beat Canelo.

 

I don't disagree, but Quillin is getting better with every fight. He still has holes in his defense, but his movement overall is excellent.

I see him as sort of a "GGG in progress." - Very similar styles and power, just Golovkin is more controlled & precise.

 

Qullin is raw power with no boxing skill. Packs dynamite when explosive but can't be explosive for 12 rounds.


canelo Lara and trout would outbox qullin

canelo stops him.

specially later when canelo goes up he will be Mich stronger, better stamina.. and if it happens in 1-2 years his skills will increase and boxing ability will get better with experience.. we've seen the best of quillin. Canelo has just begun.

I'm the dumbass right? When they are both stylistically different qullin is a puncher, trout is a southpaw mover with good defense.. peter is the opposite a plodder with leaky defense fights mid range and explodes...

Compared to trout he has no boxing skills, but yes on average he is good boxer but just average and that's his downfall relies on power to much and easily outboxed.

 

Advise Canelo to hide the chin, or :hi:
