    working smart. Practice makes perfect.
No need to go full steam on the pads or the bag every moment.

the slipping, rolling and blocking is the most impressive thing about that mitt work.

FLoyd has major hand problems. He works his form on the bags and trains his reflexes/instincts onthe pads more than anything else

Did that mofo just walk off while his trainer told him what combo to throw on the bag because of how big his ego is?

I see Floyd is training for alternating his straight right between the body and head.

He's going to sit down on his punches more for this fight.

    Looking sharper in these vids

Gotta love when ESB pros watch training vids and make all kind of predictions about how it relates to their fight plan, and treat their insight as holy and those predictions as fact.

Good mit work. Compare that to the recently posted video of Kessler training...

Of course it's not gonna look exactly like when he's younger. I'm sure Floyd slowed down a bit and Roger is getting older and plus his health is getting worse. Floyd even said Roger is getting slower on the mitts. If one of them get slower both are going look slower, and what really matters is they both are on par and the timing is still right.

I'm waiting on someone to realize that Roger is doing this from the conventional stance. If he does this from the southpaw stance, it might be more helpful. I know it's a warm-up, but angles mean everything when facing a lefty.

Roger always does it from an orthy stance. When they were getting ready for Ortiz Floyd practiced the measuring jab on the pads. Come fight night he was able to use it easily
