Benny Lynch vs Jackie Brown II.......Lynch put Brown down ten times on rout to a second round victory, stopping the tough Englishman on his feet after the ref stepped in. Superb power, timing and footwork shown by Lynch, tremendous heart shown by Brown. It was a brutal beating.

Not really a beating, but a fight that made me wince was Abraham - Miranda 1. Watching Abraham's broken jaw hanging off was unpleasant.

Watching Williams against Vitali was painful. Danny took a pasting.

George "Khalid" Jones - Beethoveen Scotland, a fight that ended very tragically.
RJJ vs. Richard Hall - Hall was never in the fight, just took clean power shots round after round after round until the stoppage.

Only if you've only seen half a dozen fights.

    Devastating KO? Yes.
Worst beating ever ? No not really.

No. Just a big punch that sparked Ricky out.

    Lacy was vastly overrated.

That's coming from an English fella (I have nothing against the Welsh by the way).

Yeah, L, but you have to think of sustained hammering...Hagler - Minter? That's a simple example, Cooper after he put Clay down. McGuigan - Cruz. Floyd - Corrales. Floyd - Gatti. Margarito - Cotto.
