This promoter obviously needs a big write off,as this guarantee also guarantees a huge loss.
Dude has just too much money to throw away.

A Nigerian prince no doubt, but first they have to deposit $100.000 for him to be able to do the transfer

    Nah, it was some Russian.

An amazing purse bid which any fighter including Wladimir has to consider.

Its going to be interesting to see if K2 turn this down - they wont get that sort of money unless Haye is involved. And, I would regard Povetkin as the easier option.

Yep this is much more than he got against Haye. The highest Purse bid ever.

Only problem with this is that it now seems that milking the WBA belt actually gets rewarded.
I can now predict that the next holder of that paper trinket will do the exact same thing. :verysad

I won't. A division needs a champ as its focus and the HW will suck even more when all the titles are held by a mixture of fat slobs and blown up cruiserweights all unwilling to fight each other. Right now, the problem isn't Wladimir Klitschko - it's the fact that the top 10 contenders don't face each other in order to create legitimate challengers. How can you expect to beat the champion if you've never been in with anyone but Cans? How can people get excited?

The highest ever was from Steve Wynn for Douglas vs Holyfield I believe

The fat ****er Douglas got a $24 million purse and Holyfield $7 or something.

    Very true.

The lack of depth means guys can fight nobodies and get in line to have a shot and a relatively big payday. They dont have 'break out' fights anymore and although not his fault, it ultimately makes Wlad look ****

It seems Ryabinsky is trying to build a new super power market and needs this fight to showcase the start of the new brand knowing it will make a loss.

Well you'll have to fill in the blanks with google translate.
