Impressive stuff from Bute, I'm already amazed that he picked Pascal.

    They can hate the guy.

But he's been taking on the murderer's row himself.

    One of my favorites.

Hope he beats Pascal then avenge his loss.

This is yet another proof that when a fighter loses his 0 his management opens up to all fights. That 0 is the main source of making/demanding more.

Probably not, if they talk about it. Who knows how they put it in the contract. They might have written it down like, "whenever he wishes".
Or they made gentleman agreement that if Bute lets Froch fight Kessler, he can activate it immediately after that.

Bute want to die, then let the mother****er die. Sad for him, Pascal is gonna whoop his ass.

Pretty sure the rematch clause has expired. Generally they're like one interm fight then within a year of the first fight.

Besides that, Lucian will now be a LHW where Froch is still at SMW. I doubt Lucian will weaken himself to move back down and he can't force Froch to move up.

If Bute convincinly beats Pascal (like I think he does), and Froch gets by Kessler (like I think he won't), the demand for this fight will be there regardless of a rematch clause. The only difference is that Bute won't be able to force Froch to fight him in Montreal. Maybe NY, Vegas, or Monte Carlo?

indeed but don't forget that Bute challenged & fought Froch when he still had that "0" intact. Then, I think Bute underestimated too much Froch, thinking that he's a slow plodder with neanderthal boxing skills but they were all wrong.

Pascal - Bute fight is all about canadian $$$$$$$$$$$. :yep

maybe the jump in the weight class will help Bute but I don't think it will make wonders.

Pascal is a heavy handed ambush - explosible fighter. Not to mention that he's a legit top 5 LHW. I think Pascal's style is even worst for Bute than Froch's style due of the explosiveness attacks and the ambushes.
