I told you not to worry kirk there was no way Murray could win on points Not a robbery at all but I think each judge had Martinez winning by three points :conf

I've been hard on Danny Garcia, but that was by far his best performance to date. He had a good gameplan and executed it really well. He left himself open quite a bit, Judah was finally able to capitalize late in the fight....if he had trusted his skills and opened up a bit it might have been a different fight. Nonetheless, heck of a fight. Judah didn't fold he actually fought back and made it interesting in the end. I still favor Peterson to beat Garcia, though. He still makes too many mistakes, but a fight with Matthysse...I don't know, if that fight were to go down I might lean towards Garcia. Garcia showed some nice skills, another dimension, and a very sturdy beard. Tough hombre.

Ya, but like I said I was more worried about him just getting beat up and looking like hes lost his form. This fight was pretty much what I feared it to be, despite the W. Martinez is no longer an elite middleweight. I felt he was declining since Barker, then Macklin, then felt he did decent against Jr but feared this fight would bring out the worst in him and it did (imo) I feel Martinez's stay as champion is on its last leg. just imo
I didn't see a robbery in any fight last night. Good night of action imo. In fact a great night of action. I was impressed by Martinez again digging deep. I think Murray unquestionably belongs at that level now. Martinez could be on his last legs as champ though, he is very exciting and gets caught and goes to war. Does he really have the best power/chin ratio in the division? I'm not sure. I think within his next couple of fights he might get upset.
